seems not to work in Leopard, the stream stops as soon as you leave dashboard :(
I have just downloaded version 3.1 from the Apple website, and also have this problem.
I would first download the widget at this link:

http://homepage.mac.com/neticen/devmode.html

which then allows you to use the dashboard in developer mode. This lets you drag the widget from the dashboard on to the desktop or vice versa, simply by opening the dashboard, clicking and holding on the widget, closing the dashboard (with the widget still selected with the mouse) and then un-clicking it on to the desktop, and the widget behaves exactly as it would if it were in the dash. The only flaw is that the widget will stay on top of any windows, but this doesn't bother me as it fits right in the corner and is the same height as my dock :)
thanks alex thats great i can now listen to the radio without having to keep the dock on great help

I used to use this widget on Tiger with great joy, but now I that I just got a new iMac running Leopard, I have re-downloaded it again about 20 times, and it just won't work. It keeps telling me that I need a Real-Player plugin, but I have downloaded and reset Real Player a bunch of times too, and frankly, I don't know what to do anymore! Please help!

I concur with all the recent comments, made by others who have upgraded their Mac OS to Leopard, about the apparent unreliability of the stream. I, too, have noticed the the audio stream is far more fragile. It often stops if my browser is accessing the internet, or if switching to or from Dashboard. It's far less rock solid as it was when Tiger was the OS.
